BEING in the Woods is our After School Forest School provision. We can come to your own setting and run termly sessions using the Ethos of Forest School to facilitate our sessions.
A typical session could run 3:15 – 5pm – £6 per child including snacks and drinks.
Over the term we incorporate woodland skills, nature crafts, team games, stories, campfire cooking, nature art, physical challenges, mud kitchen bake offs and lots more! All experiences offered are chosen by your child (we don’t do activities!) so they can have fun at their own pace – giving them the time and space to unwind at the end of their school day.
All sessions are facilitated by Forest School practitioners experienced in supporting children’s personal development.
We currently run BEING in the Woods at New Mills Primary, St Mary’s CVA and Hague Bar Primary. Here’s what they have been up to!
